Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

Eligibility and Account Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject account applications at our discretion.

Scope of Services

Radiantroost It provides digital payment processing solutions that allow businesses to accept payments through:

• Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets
• Integration tools such as APIs, plugins for websites, mobile apps, and POS systems
• Additional features such as payment links, subscriptions, invoicing, QR code payments, and real-time transaction reporting

We facilitate fund settlements to verified bank accounts and reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue services at any time.

User Obligations

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business and financial information
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
• Maintain the security of your login credentials and API keys
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access, suspected fraud, or account compromise

Fees and Settlements

Service fees are outlined in your Merchant Agreement or Dashboard. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for remitting. We may update fees with prior notice.

Refunds, chargebacks, or deductions will be handled according to our internal policies. You are responsible for any chargebacks initiated by customers.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use our platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities, including:

• Sale of narcotics, adult content, gambling, counterfeit goods, firearms, or any prohibited products/services
• Manipulating the platform, bypassing security, or exploiting vulnerabilities

Risk Monitoring and Fraud Management

We use real-time monitoring, AI-based fraud detection, and risk scoring algorithms. Suspicious transactions may be delayed, held for review, or reversed. Confirmed fraudulent activity may result in account freeze or termination. Users are responsible for chargebacks, financial losses, or penalties from illegal or high-risk activity.

Data Privacy and Security

We protect your data in compliance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

• Encryption, authentication, and access controls
• Real-time fraud monitoring and multi-factor authentication

You consent to your data being used for payment processing, fraud prevention, technical improvements, and legal compliance. Storing cardholder data is prohibited unless expressly permitted under relevant regulations.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property—software, interface design, trademarks, logos, content, and documentation—belongs to RADIANTROOST IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for legitimate business purposes. Unauthorized duplication, modification, sublicensing, or exploitation is prohibited. Use of our branding or marketing materials requires written approval.

Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party systems such as banks, payment networks, analytics tools, or logistics providers. We are not responsible for their performance, policies, or disruptions. Use of such services is at your own risk and governed by their respective terms.

Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts if Terms are violated, suspicious activity is detected, or as required by law. Pending settlements and obligations must be cleared. Funds may be held during investigations or until resolution.

Dispute Resolution

We first attempt to resolve disputes internally. For transaction-related issues, including chargebacks, we coordinate with acquiring banks and card networks. Unresolved matters may be escalated through the courts of India.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Radiantroost It is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free transactions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RADIANTROOST IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, and affiliates against all claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from your use, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, cyberattacks, technical outages, strikes, or government restrictions.

Amendments and Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a "Last Updated" date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review Terms periodically.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to do so in the future.
